Training and development (T&D)
-T&D annual plan development and implementation based on the needs assessment results.
-Creating key employees list and implementing personal development plans for them.
-Creating functional trainers and mentorship system (if needed).
-Ongoing revision after six months.
-The package includes up to 6 trainings, 5 facilitation sessions, 2 group coaching sessions and 6 individual coaching sessions, 4 teambuilding activities.
